I also would like to say what a great idea rideontheweb is, not only do I get quick responses to training stions but by seeing them in writing they actually sink in! I think having a high calibre trainer accessable by the click of a button so convenient, my trainer here in Perth (we have so very few) is always busy, so its hard to catch her in between lessons for a chat about where to go, since the last lesson. plus being able to post questions late at night fits my schedule!!
